Curtain
Shower curtains were created to provide privacy for the one taking the
shower and to prevent a flood from happening in the
bathroom. The curtains usually surround the inside of the
bathtub. These curtains are suspended by a rod at the top of
the bathtub or shower enclosure.

railings come in different sizes and flexibility to
accommodate different types of showers. Using two shower
curtains is popular for decorative purposes. The inside
curtain or liner is for when the shower is in use and the
outside curtain for decoration purposes.
Beyond
concealing the person taking the shower, the shower curtains
are a great decoration for the bathroom. The curtains are
usually the first thing that draws attention when going into
a bathroom. There are numerous styles of shower curtains to
perfectly match what you want to decorate with in your
bathroom.
If you
have a theme in your decorating you can find shower curtains
to match that theme. If you have a beach theme or fish you
can get shower curtains with fish on them or sand dollars.
You can go with just a plain color as well if your wallpaper
is busier then you might just want a plain colored shower
curtain.

curtains are made of different materials. This will be your
next choice in what type of material that you want in your
bathroom. The most common choice for inside the shower is a
vinyl curtain that easily sheds the water and does not mold.
A vinyl shower curtain can be wiped off and cleaned easily
as well. The vinyl shower curtains do not require much
attention so if you do not want much maintenance then this
type of curtain is for you. This is the wisest choice for a
liner but you do have the option to use fabric as the
outside shower curtain.
Using
fabric for your outside shower curtain allows you to
complete the appearance of your bathroom. This curtain can
match your window curtains and any other decorations that
you have in your bathroom. A fabric curtain however does
need some attention. This type of curtain gets dusty and can
mold if not taken care of. At least once a month a fabric
curtain should be taken down and hand washed to keep the
mold down and the dust bunnies away. Fabric curtains are a
great way to add elegance to your bathroom. There are
countless choices of shower curtains at your local retail
